FAQ
Questions we actually get asked
Everything below comes from real WhatsApp conversations. If your question isn’t here, just ask — a person answers, not a bot.
How much does it cost to organize a party in Bali?
A romantic dinner starts around $200 per couple; villa BBQ from IDR 250,000 per guest; a produced villa party around IDR 830,000–990,000 per guest; a half-day sunset boat from ~$2,500 for up to 12. All ranges are indicative — the exact quote is itemized and free. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
How far in advance should I book?
Dinners, breakfasts and BBQs: 3–5 days is usually enough. Villa parties, proposals and boats: 1–2 weeks, and more in July–August or around New Year. Last-minute requests are often doable — we always tell you honestly what is realistic.
Do you take a deposit? What if we cancel?
Yes — a deposit confirms the date, the balance is settled around the event day. If weather ruins an outdoor setup with no workable plan B, we reschedule for free or refund the setup fee. Cancellation terms for your specific booking are stated in the quote before you pay.
What group sizes do you handle?
From a table for two to corporate groups of about a hundred. The sweet spots: couples' dinners, birthdays for 10–40, villa parties for 15–60. Larger than that — write to us first and we'll be honest about feasibility. See corporate events for big-group formats.
Can you run a party at our rented villa?
Yes, it's our most common venue. We coordinate with the villa management, respect quiet hours (usually after 22:00), and handle deposits, neighbours and parking properly — details on the villa party page.
Are beach setups even legal? What about permits?
Beaches in Bali are managed by local banjar communities. We arrange permissions and pay the local fees for every beach setup — dinner, bonfire or proposal — so nobody shows up mid-evening to shut it down. How this works in practice: our bonfire permits guide.
What happens if it rains?
Every outdoor format is confirmed together with a plan B: covered terrace, bale or an indoor layout. In the rainy season (roughly November–March) showers are usually short and we plan timing around them; if a storm kills both options, we reschedule or refund the setup fee.
Do you speak Russian?
Yes — the team works natively in Russian and English. The entire site exists in Russian too, and your WhatsApp chat can be in either language.
Can you arrange alcohol, or do we buy it ourselves?
Both work. We can source drinks through licensed partners and set up a bar with staff, or build the setup around bottles you bring. Note that imported alcohol in Bali is expensive due to duties — we suggest realistic options in the quote.
Is the bachelor / bachelorette service strictly non-erotic?
Yes, by principle: villas, yachts, chefs, spa, surf and photoshoots — style over sleaze, always. Read the format on the bachelor & bachelorette page.
How do payments work for foreigners?
Deposit to confirm, balance around the event day. We offer bank transfer and tourist-friendly options, all agreed in the chat before any payment. Every quote is itemized so you see exactly what you pay for.
Do you organize weddings?
Full wedding productions — no, that's a different craft with different vendors. Proposals, anniversaries, engagement dinners and post-wedding parties — absolutely yes. Start with proposal planning if a ring is involved.
