Who we are

I'm Artem, the founder. Bali Party Maker grew out of a simple observation: most agencies here are built around weddings, and everything else — a birthday, an anniversary dinner, a reunion of old friends — gets leftover attention at wedding prices. We flipped that. Non-wedding adult celebrations are not our side business; they are the whole business.

The team is deliberately small: a coordinator who runs your chat from first message to the day itself, decorators, a chef network we actually trust, and drivers who know which back roads save twenty minutes in Canggu traffic. Small means the person you write to on WhatsApp is the person responsible for your evening.

What we believe

Transparent prices. Every service page on this site shows real indicative ranges before you ever write to us — because comparing options at midnight from another country should not require filling in a form and waiting two days.

Soft sales or none. We answer questions, send options, and leave the decision to you. Nobody follows up with "limited slots!!" messages. Bali is stressful enough to plan from afar; your party planner should remove pressure, not add it.

Legal and respectful setups. Beach dinners come with banjar permissions, villa parties respect quiet hours and neighbours, boats carry licensed crews. A perfect evening is one nobody interrupts.

Classy, always. Our bachelor and bachelorette parties are deliberately non-erotic — style over sleaze, and we say so out loud because it filters the requests we are not the right fit for.

How we work

One WhatsApp thread carries everything: your brief, our options with photos and itemized prices, the booking, the day-of coordination. No calls unless you want one; no CC-ing five vendors. You talk to us in English or Russian — both are native working languages of the team.

On the day, setup finishes before you arrive and breakdown happens after you leave. The evening itself should feel like it assembled itself.
