Most agencies here hide prices behind contact forms. We do the opposite: every service page shows its indicative range, and this page collects them all. Exact quotes are itemized and free — but you should be able to compare options before writing to anyone.

How our quotes work
Every quote is itemized: venue, decor, food, staff, transport — line by line, so you can strike out what you don’t need.
The quote is free and doesn’t oblige you to anything. No follow-up pressure; we answer questions and wait.
A deposit locks the date. The balance is settled around the event day, with terms stated in writing inside the quote.

Frequently asked questions
Why ranges instead of exact prices?
Because location, guest count, menu and season genuinely change the total. The ranges on this site are real 2025–2026 market rates we work within; your exact itemized quote is free on WhatsApp — usually within a couple of hours.
Are there any fees not shown in the quote?
No. Banjar/beach fees, villa event fees, transport, staff and cleanup are all inside the quote as separate lines. If a villa charges its own event fee, we show it to you as-is rather than marking it up silently.
What currency do you quote in?
Rupiah (IDR) for most services, USD for boats and some premium packages — matching how vendors here actually price. The quote states the currency explicitly and we can show both on request.
Is a deposit refundable if plans change?
If weather makes an outdoor setup impossible with no workable plan B, we reschedule for free or refund the setup fee. For other cancellations, the terms are written in your quote before you pay — no surprises after the fact.
