How far in advance should I book a party in Bali?
For dinners and BBQs 3–5 days is usually enough; for villa parties, proposals and boats in high season (July–August, New Year) plan 1–2 weeks. Last-minute is often possible — ask us, we answer honestly.
Which areas of Bali do you cover?

What exactly is included in a turnkey party?
Location logistics and permits, decor and furniture, menu (catering or private chef), staff, sound, timing coordination and full cleanup. You get an itemized list in the quote — nothing vague. Browse all services to see formats.
Can you organize a party at our rented villa?
Yes — that's our most popular format. We coordinate with the villa management, respect noise rules (usually quiet after 22:00) and handle deposits and neighbours properly. Details on the villa party page.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Every outdoor setup is confirmed together with a plan B — a covered terrace, bale or indoor layout. If a storm makes both impossible, we reschedule for free or refund the setup fee.
Do you work with foreign cards or only cash?
A deposit confirms the date, the balance is settled around the event day. We accept bank transfer and common tourist-friendly payment options; everything is agreed in the chat before you pay anything.
Is the bachelor / bachelorette service really non-erotic?
